2012 Nature's Step Organic Wild Ferment South Australia Sauvignon Blanc
This wine is as good as Nature's Step Wild Ferment Chardonnay, and so cheap at about $9 from Dan Murphy's, on their organic, but cheap, shelves. Like the Chardonnay, I suspect that the wild ferment creates a really drinkable wine, rathern than the organic status. This is such a summer wine, full of grass in the aroma and on the palate. It is so drinkable. It's colour is wonderful: a pale lemon that has (imagined) hints of lime green and pink. Absolutely gorgeous, and so suitable for summer.
